The problem

A construction-adjacent business needed a faster way to check project documents against regulatory code — a process normally done manually, line by line, by someone who has to hold both documents in their head at once. It is slow, it is expensive, and the cost of missing something lands much later.

What we built

A retrieval-grounded system that reads project documents alongside the relevant code text and surfaces likely violations, each with a direct citation back to the exact section it came from. Nothing is asserted without a reference attached.

Where it stands

Live and running as a sourced first pass rather than a verdict. Because every finding carries its section, verification is a glance rather than a re-read — the reviewer checks the system's work instead of repeating it.
